Graphic Style Guidelines
Logo
The A&M System logo is used on letterhead, envelopes and business cards for employees in the A&M System Offices. Preprinted shells have been created to provide offices with a cost- and time-effective way to reflect the System’s brand. Mailing labels, note cards and adhesive nametags are also available.
An electronic ordering system is set up for ordering these materials. (NOTE: To use the stationery electronic ordering system, you must have a Texas A&M University Stores login ID and password. Obtain a login ID and password here.)
The logo is also used on publications, press releases, advertising, signage and displays, web sites, invitations, awards and gift items produced by the A&M System Offices.
The logo can be produced in maroon (PMS 202), black, reversed out of a color in white or in gold or silver foil. The logo should be used in its entirety, with no alterations or visual distortions and generally should be no smaller than half an inch. Neither the logo nor any of its elements may be combined with any other design to create a new design. If the logo is used in conjunction with a member institution logo or seal, it should be of equal size.

"Member Texas A&M System" Logos
The logos below were created for members to incorporate into the front page of their web sites as a standard web link back to the A&M System main web site. Each member institution of the A&M System should include this logo on its home page. These logos may also be incorporated into member institution publications and marketing materials in place of: "A Member of The Texas A&M University System."
The miminum size is 58 pixels wide for this usage. Linked files are in Photoshop format. These include a 3-D button effect (border and shadow) that can be used if desired.
