Jay Kimbrough serves as Deputy Chancellor and General Counsel for The Texas A&M University System, providing leadership and strategic direction on multiple levels. His duties include working to establish and implement Systemwide initiatives, including oversight of the following A&M System functions: General Counsel, Human Resources, Policy, Equal Opportunity, Real Estate, Aircraft, Training and Special Projects.
