Mission Statement
Coordinate and facilitate aligning strategic planning processes across the Texas A&M University System to improve synergy and enhance short-term and long-term decision making. This would include four main tools and processes: System Office Strategic Plan, System Member Compacts, System Strategic Plan, and System Member Strategic Plans.
